3) The tracking number of shipping you received
4) Let us know if you prefere a full refound (returning product), a partial refound (keeping the product) or a new one (return not needed for products received broken).
- Wait for our reply (always within 24/48h during working days and a maximum of 78h during holidays) to start your return or refound process!
Return shipping' s costs are paid from buyer if there was a change of mind or wrong size/product choosen by buyer. In other cases we will pay the return costs.
