How to wash:
1. Clean Gently: While holding a bra cup in your palm - adhesive side up - add a touch of warm water and mild soap. Gently use the palm of your opposite hand to create a circular motion to clean.
2. Once you've covered the entire surface, rinse the bra cup to remove all soap residues.
3. Air Dry: Gently shake off any excess water and let it completely dry for next use. (Please don't blot with a towel or use a blow dryer.)

How to wear :
1. Gently clean your breast with mild soap and water to remove body oil and residue from skin.
2. Loosen the drawstring and hold up the edge of the bra with both hands, overturned the bra. Paste the bra from the location of armpit as well as ensuring the drawstrings will be positioned in the middle of breast, meanwhile, gathering the fat as much as you can.
3. Use your fingertips smooth cup out over your breast gently until the adhesive fits your skin closely.
4. Repeat the same steps on the other side, ensuring the two cups are equal in height, then press firmly for a few seconds to ensure the hold.
